General Credit Policy & Procedures

New Customer

First time orders are done on a cash basis.

A.  If the total order is less than $500.00, the total amount is requested with the order.

B.  If the total order exceeds $500.00, 50% of the total is needed with the order.  The balance is due prior to shipment or we can ship C.O.D.

A credit application will be mailed or faxed to you for review and completion.  Once your application has been approved, we will be able to extend open credit terms for subsequent orders.

Existing Customers

Our normal credit terms are Net 30 Days.

Non-Payment of old invoices will impact the processing of new orders.  Delinquencies of 45-60 days will cause shipments to go C.O.D. or will require payment to bring the account current prior to shipping.

For accounts with invoices past due 60 days, we will not process an order until the account is completely current.

Production Related Charges

Art or Typeset

All orders should be accompanied with sharp black and white camera ready artwork.

Factory reserves the right to determine what constitutes camera ready art and will notify the distributor is art charges will be required. ($40.00)(F)

Engraving

•Deep engraving is included in catalog pricing.

•Multi level engraving - Add 5%

•Second surface engraving 5"x5" area ($7.00)(F)

•Second surface engraving 7"x7" area ($10.00)(F)

•Base engraving ($10.00)(F)

Make Ready or Set-Up

One time charge to process clean black and white camera ready artwork. ($65.00)(F)

Re-Sizing

Charge for re-sizing artwork for re-orders on new items. ($32.00)(F)

Pattern Cuts

•Custom Pattern Cuts ($300.00)(F)

•Conversion custom pattern cuts required to resize original design ($200.00)(F)

•Repeat orders of 3pcs. or less require reset-up pattern charge ($200.00)(F)

Personalization

Where each award is a multi-piece order requires changes (i.e. names, titles, dates, categories, etc.) this charge will apply per each change.

Available in 14 to 36 point type size.

Above 36 point constitutes additional charges (check with customer service for quotation.)

Proofs

•Paper-Proofs first page ($10.00)(F)

•Production proofs - catalog pricing plus make ready and art charges.

Production proofs are considered part of the order, where pre-production proofs are required, (paper proofs or production proofs) written approvals are necessary before the order can be scheduled into production (see production times).  Normal production times will apply from that point after all necessary approvals are in house.

Other Charges & Information

Cancellations

Order cancellations are subject to payment of all costs incurred to date.

An order processing fee is applicable for all cancellations ($40.00)(F)

CO-OP Pricing

End quantity pricing applies to CO-OP order that have been approved by factory.  Send factory a copy of the brochure in which any CO-OP item or items is pictured.  For additional information contact factory.  No items manufactured by us are to be photographed or cataloged for resale or profit purposes without our written consent.

Custom Products

Factory will work with you to fulfill specific custom product needs.  Size, complexity and quantity required will be carefully evaluated to determine an exact quote.  Exact specifications and dimensions together with your design for a custom quote must be submitted in writing.  Contact our customer service department for additional information.

Merchandise Returns

•No returned merchandise will be accepted without our prior authorization. 

•Contact our customer service department for an appropriate authorization number and instruction.

Miscellaneous

•Pieces shipped with no base - next column pricing

•Pieces shipped with no engraving - next column pricing

•Drop or split shipments (each after the first) ($4.00)(F)

•For repeat orders, customer's art is kept on file for two consecutive years (plus the current year).  Please reference factory job number when placing your repeat orders.

Product Availability

•We reserve the right to refuse to produce any items or artwork that we feel might be offensive or against our moral or ethical beliefs.

Please note that production scheduling only occurs after all necessary approvals are in house (paper proofs, pre-production proofs, etc.) and ship dates are subject to revision accordingly.

Inventoried program orders are available.

Quantity Pricing

Check with our customer service/sales representatives and take advantage of "Quantity Pricing."  Also please contact us for pricing on quantities larger than those indicated in our pricing schedule.

Sample Policy

Random samples from our standard product line are available upon request.

•Random samples - end column pricing plus a non-refundable sample handling fee - (NET) ($5.00) plus freight

•Random samples are memo invoiced and must be returned.  To obtain credit for cost of item only, return item in good/same condition as received within 30 days.

Shipping

•FOB Factory; Conroe, Tx

•Freight charges plus a 15% handling fee will be added to the invoice

•Shipments will be made via FedEx Ground Service, unless alternate service is requested.  Request for air shipments must be accompanied by the distributor's or clients UPS or FedEx express account number and client will be billed direct by the carrier.

Trademarks

We cannot assume responsibility for determining who does or does not hold title to a trademark.  All liabilities of this nature rest with the customer.  We reserve the right to use photographs of or show as samples any item produced by us without any liability on our part as our part as to trademark or artwork rights.

Our factory has a commitment to Quality, Dependability, and Artistry.  We want you to be pleased with you order.  To this end, any defects in material or workmanship will be corrected as quickly as possible, and without charge.  However, keep in mind that each piece is hand made and has a unique quality and special appearance all its own.  Slight variations in the dimensions and seams are signatures of these hand crafted pieces.
